Programme Description
This is an activity planned by a group of ZINs for the elderly under the care of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities.
Zumba Gold will be conducted for the first time this Saturday and hence volunteers are invited to join in the fun by engaging/assisting the elderly in the exercise. We hope to spread joy and cheer through this one-hour programme, relieving them of social isolation and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
