Some of you may be aware that we have enrolled ourselves in the Good Story Competition ! Whether we are going to win or not, it does not matter, most importantly we (instructors, volunteers and seniors) had fun recording the video.
Seeing the happy 70-90s years-old uncles and aunties having fun dancing Zumba Gold and exercising, definitely make us happy too.
In this video, we capture the joy and cheer through our programme that we have been running since 2012, relieving our seniors of social isolation and hopefully to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This video is also produced to inspire people to volunteer, to share our good works, to raise awareness 'cause we believe everyone can play a part to contribute within their community
